Our services are available in Salina, KS and surrounding communities in north-central Kansas.
The content on this Site, including service descriptions, information about our processes, and related materials, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of any specific outcome for your project. All project terms are established in a written agreement or estimate provided to you before work begins.
Any estimate we provide - whether verbally, by email, or in writing - is based on the information available at the time of the estimate. Estimates are not guaranteed prices. The final price may vary if:
We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with additional work. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
Once a project is scheduled, we ask for reasonable advance notice if you need to postpone or cancel. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover direct costs already incurred (such as material orders or subcontractor scheduling fees). Any cancellation fee will be disclosed in your written agreement before work begins.
We reserve the right to reschedule projects due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible if a rescheduling is necessary.
Payment terms are set out in your written estimate or project agreement. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion of the project. The specific payment schedule will be specified in your written agreement.
Invoices that are not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee as specified in your project agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or withhold completion of work on unpaid projects.
In the event that collection action is necessary to recover unpaid amounts, you agree to be responsible for reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
